Set LR Form Queries

Dear Members,
I am applying for my ILR on a 10 year route on premium service in London. I have few questions if some body can answer them that will be really helpful.
My Tier 1 Ent Extension application was successful in April this year and me and my wife got the visa till 2020. We have 2 years baby which is born in UK but we didnot apply his visa with us and neither made a passport of him as we thought will apply his citizenship as soon I got the ILR. Rightnow I am only applying my ILR and will apply wifes ILR as soon my ILR is approved.
I have following questions.
D17: Do you have a child or children in the UK?
(Yes) go to D18 (no) go to D20
D18: Please provide the name, nationality and date of birth of any children who reside with you in the UK. Please provide evidence of their residence with you.
My question is when i select Yes then in D18 shell i only write my sons name and also his date of birth only as he does not have any passport yet? Shell i take my sons UK birth certificate and Gp letter for evidence purpose. I am just concern they might grill me for not applying his UK visa as I have been told that nowdays they just raise a point on silly things. Please some one who had been in the same situation can also reply to me?
Last question do I have add marriage certificate as well in the supporting documents list?
