Hi,

I am on Tier 2 ICT living in UK continuously since December 2010. I will be eligible for the 10 years in December 2020 whereas my visa expiring on September 2020 and i have a gap of approximately 3 months. This is due to, during my previous visa applictions visa was issued with the validity from the application date rather than the visa expiry date and hence i see the gap. Could you please suggest?

If your company allows, take a break and study something in the UK, even half year, the gap can be filled easily.
