Dear All,

Can someone guide me regarding me regarding Varying Tier 1 Entre App. with Set (LR) application and its time line.

Kindly share your time line if possible.
I applied in last week of July 2018 and still did not receive any bio-metric letter. I received refund of my previous application in a post and date on the letter was 7th September 2018.

Is it possible....in case of varying your application you will not receive a bio-metric letter or you will get visa without new finger prints as already given in previous application, thanks.

If you vary your application (like I did my Tier 1 Entre with Set-LR) then you will get your ILR without going for finger prints or receiving a bio-metric letter from home office

or
(2)

If (bio-metric letter) finer prints are compulsory even if you vary your application then can you guide me how long home office is taking to bio metric letter for postal application, thanks.

U do get another biometric letter for finger print when u vary ur application. Why dont u call ukvi and them?? Maybe u misplaced the first one.

I vary tier 1 to ilr same like your on 22 August received biometric letter on 20th September but still waiting for refund.
You received refund by cheque or in account.
I have received the e.mail for confirmation of varying applications.
We confirmed the e.mail.
Next day received e.mail we will process your applications with in 28 working days.
Next day me and my wife biometric e.mail and letter.
You should send them e.mail requesting a biometric letter.

I received confirmation letter along with refund cheque. I spoke to HO over the phone but they told me write to your case worker.

I have sent letter to my case worker on 25th in which told my case worker that I did not received Biometric letter kindly send it asap.

Still waiting for it. Do you think it is still a good approach to send an email on

If you have a contact with case worker then no need to send a e.mail.
you have to waite .
I have received my refund but still waiting for my wife and both IHS refund.

Hi,

I have already sent email on AppointmentExceptions@homeoffice.gov.uk. I auto reply which state that use only email address if you have received biometric letter and could not register ur biometrics at post office.

Yes I have received IHS refund in July.

I still did not received Biometric letter.....waiting one more week otherwise will try to upgrade my application.

Hi @Jani1. I'm the same situation here. Posted the variation ILR application on 12.07.2018 and until today i.e. 11 weeks later I did not get my biometric letter despite writing 3 letters and an email to HO. Have you received yours yet? any insights would be very helpful please
