ILR SET (M) Spouse Application Dates

On 5 year route spousal, entered UK 6 November, 2013
If my reading is correct then any date 28 days prior to 6 November, 2018 I can apply for ILR
Seeing how hard it is to get a premium processing center appointment I booked in for Nov 5th today as soon as appointments were released.
I am now concerned that my application states 24 September! Does this mean I have applied too early or is the 5th of November the date of the application?
I'm now freaking out so any advice would be appreciated.
