Hello everyone,

I'm currently on Tier 2 visa since Nov 2013 and planning to apply for ILR beginning Nov 2018.

Before switching to Tier 2, I was on PSW visa (from Nov 2011 till Nov 2013) and had a Limited company. I made the company dormant as soon as I moved to Tier 2. and closed the company end of August 2014.

I didn't take any salary after I moved to Tier 2.

Will this be an issue when I apply for ILR.

Should be OK if you have no trade once you granted Tier 2. You need to provide proof, like info from company house etc...

Any advise what kind of proof I need to provide?

I got the tax statement from HMRC for last 6 years . or I can carry my last 5 years bank statements?

Would it be useful to submit company closure letter from companies house?
