HI All

Need your advise

My ILR is due in March 2019 on the basis of 5 year Tier 2 General visa route and we recently purchased our first house in UK, someone told me that we can apply ILR 6 months before while having a property in hand (A benefit to those who bought property in UK?)

Is it possible as i am trying to search online but unable to find something?

Regards
YD

Don't believe everything that 'someone' tells you. They are talking nonsense.

Owning a property is irrelevant to you qualifying for ILR. Many people who do not have UK visas, own properties in the UK but it doesn't give them an automatic right to reside or special status!!

That 'someone' is completely wrong :!: There are no early concessions for home owners.
