Hi there,
By the grace of GOD almighty, my application for Tiet 1 Entrepreneur General extension for two years is APPROVED after 17 months. My business VISA was initially issued in May 2014. I am intending to apply for ILR in May 2019 as my business' five years will be completed in may next year. I have one Office manager, who is in my employment since Dec 2015 and still in full time employment with me. My question is:
Can I consider my one employee as proof of employment for last 24 months and apply for ILR after May 2019.?
as it is still confusion as it is not cleared in plicy guidence.

Please advice.

Congratulations

The policy is very clear. Unfortunately you can't do that.

It looks like you will only be eligible to apply after 9th April 2019, which means you will need two jobs of 12 months each. Since you have only one employee currently, you will need to create a second job and apply for your ILR when that job completes 12 months. (assuming your current employee will also stay for the next 12 months)
