Dear Members,

I have an appointment next week, could you please help to confirm if the documents below are ok.

Category: Tier 2 General, 5 years route
Dependants: 1

Main Applicant docs:

1. Current passport
2. Biometric Residence Permit card
3. 2 passport sized photographs with my name written on the back
4. Life in the UK pass notification letter
5. UK Master's degree certificate
6. Letter from employer confirming my role + foreseeable future and showing all my absences from the UK
7. Letter from employer with last 2 electronic payslips
8. Recent bank statements showing my last 2 salaries (approx 2 months 10 days)

Dependant (wife):

1. Current passport
2. Old passport
3. Biometric Residence Permit card
4. 2 passport sized photographs with her name written on the back
5. Life in the UK pass notification letter
6. IELTS Life Skills pass notification letter
7. Our marriage certificate with non-UK notarised translation. I was using this in previous applications with no issues.
8. Proof of cohabitation:

Sep 2016 - Tenancy Agreement (joint)
Feb 2017 - Council Tax letter (joint)
May 2017 - Utility bill from EDF (applicant). I do not have the originals but requested EDF to send a copy.
May 2017 - Payslip (dependant)
Sep 2017 - Tenancy Agreement (joint)
Dec 2017 - Utility bill from EDF (applicant). I do not have the originals but requested EDF to send a copy.
Dec 2017 - Mobile bill (dependant). She doesn't have the original but requested mobile operator to send a copy.
Mar 2018 - Council Tax letter (joint)
Jul 2018 - Utility bill from EDF (applicant). I do not have the originals but requested EDF to send a copy.
Jul 2018 - Mobile bill (dependant). She doesn't have the original but requested mobile operator to send a copy.
Sep 2018 - Tenancy Agreement (joint)

Are the docs ok please?

Also, Section 5.6 in paper-based SET(O) form:

SOC code: my SOC code
Current rate of pay: my current annual salary
Number of hours this salary is based on: 52 x 37.5 (the number of my weekly hours)
Number of weekly hours: 37.5
Rate of pay for this SOC code stated in the codes of practice (hourly rate or annual salary):

A bit confused with this.

My SOC is 2133 and it requires £41,400 for 40 hours, so should I write £41,400 here or calculate it for 37.5 hours and therefore write £38812.5??

Please advise, Thanks a lot!

You need to calculate for 37.5 hrs, which would've been mentioned on your last CoS.

Thanks!

So it should be like this:

SOC code: 2133
Current rate of pay: 39500 (my current salary)
Number of hours this salary is based on: 52 x 37.5 = 1950 (the number of my weekly hours)
Number of weekly hours: 37.5
Rate of pay for this SOC code stated in the codes of practice (hourly rate or annual salary): 38812.5 -
not £41,400 as currently stated in SOC 2133 on UKBA website?

Also, are the docs ok or something is missing?

Thanks a lot!

Yes, just mention that your current salary where it's asked and the number of hours the salary is based on, so £39500 based on 37.5 hrs/week. As your salary is more than the required £38812.5, it looks all good.

I'm not familiar with the documentation side of things, so wait for other members' response.

Your documents seem fine but i believe you have to submit all the passport! not only just current one.

Good luck :)

The reason why I don't submit a copy of old one is because it was replaced before I came to the UK and the application form is asking for all the passport that were using during my stay in the UK. Do I need to submit it?

Also, regarding the SOC: I definitely need to calculate and put the amount for 37.5 hours not the one that is stated in SOC for 40 hours? And if so do I need to enter 38812.5 or 38812?

Anyone please?

Do I need to put the salary from UKBA SOC code as it is or calculate it for my working hours? If yes should I put 38812.5 or just 38812?

URGENT! Out of court settlement and application form

Dear All,

I changed my appointment date and will attend the same day appointment tomorrow.

I had an issue with TFL more than 2 years ago - they wanted to prosecute me but we then agreed to sort the case out of court.

Do I need to declare this in the SET(O) application form?? If yes, in which section??

Please advise urgently as I have an appointment tomorrow and can amend the form if need to add this. Thanks.

Thanks!
