Hello...

My husband has ILR since 2007. We got married in 2012. Son born in 2012 in India. However my husband applied for our visa in 2017 and we arrived in UK in 2017 on spouse visa (wife) and dependent visa (son). Our visas till 2019. Now I am applying for ILR - SET(DV) because of domestic violence.

I want to know because my son is born in India, will we get our indefinite leave to remain?

Also we have only 1 month left from our 3 months DDV concession. Solicitor says we have time. Does it take long time or a weeks time is enough?

Please help me with these above queries
