Question: He got extension Tier-1 ( 28 June 2017)
* He has two employees full time from 1st July t 2017 to until 30 July 2018 so does he fulfill the requirement of Ilr JOB creation. he going to apply ILR Jan-2019 as his business little bit down he does not keep staff full time.

1st employee= 140 hours per month *12 months
2nd employee=137 hours per month* 12 months

My Answer to him, yes he is ok he can send only 12 months job, RTI FPS PAYSLIPS.

It is 52 weeks of full time employment per position

Job Question someone confused me so need to confirm with some good peoples.

1st JOb Creation: 1 June 2017 to 30 July 2018 ( 12 months)
2nd Job creation: 1 July 2017 to 30 August 2018( 12 Month)

1-After August 2018 I don't have any employee. ( Any Issue) ?

I am claiming the point of 12 months 2 job above and I am going to apply ILR NOV or dec end 2018 is that any issue of Gap 3 months of the employee before application?
