Hi Moderators ,

I just read this forum posts in order to help a close relative (bro-in-law's son) for his complex matter - refusal of ILR . Two days back , I also wrote to Board Administrator asking this . Not yet got reply.

Anyway please let me know is it allowed to post some query on behalf of a relative and get great advice from members ? Then I will post it .. :)

The "board administrator" doesn't respond to emails or the inbox and doesn't deal with day to day running of the forum. The moderators do that But we don't have access to the board admin email!!!

You may post on behalf of someone else however if it is complex.it is usually more helpful if the relevant person posts themselves!!

Thanks for your permission. This is to get an urgent help with regard to my Bro in Law's immigration matter. Hope can be answered by Gurus.. I read all his docs, PAP ,JR defense etc...and write and try to elaborate below;

He is facing many problems in family and his settlement in the UK. He applied ILR and was refused with no right of appeal. Administrative Review too was refused. He hired a Solicitor and went for Judicial Review which was refused permission at papers. But permission was given at oral hearing. Then he got consent order of reconsideration from TRSol and signed . It was sealed by UT. He has been isolated and is having financial difficulties too. We have to help him if anything needed in future.

As he's waiting for the decision from HO , the scenario is making him more problematic. His Solicitor has left the solicitor's firm giving his case to a Paralegal from whom he's getting conflict answers for his case if any advice asked.. The case file is with paralegal now. He needs to get advice for the followings;

1. Can he get his file back from paralegal ?

2. Can he,himslef, call GLD Solicitor and elaborate about his situation and make request to send the HOs new decision to his personal address ?

3. Can he apply to Upper Tribunal to make an order that the HO must accept further information / letters to consider in accordance with the above request made to UT Judge ?
( Note The new guidance FEB 2018 says , under reconsideration , New documents/evidences must be accepted , if court ordered / GLD's agreement or policy..'''. ) :)

It would be a great relief if he's given answers for these questions .. I too will appreciate all replies with thanks. Please.

1. What basis did he apply for ILR and why was it refused.

2. Also, there are 4 usernames registered to your up address, 3 of which have asked almost identical questions.

I came to his place where 05 tenants are living. I , on his request , registered from here so IP address maybe same. Also asked him whether he used this forum. He said months back sent questions here and then stopped. Hes having stressful life with depression medication. So if you find my help towards him reasonable and sympathetic , please advise him. Here even though members hire solicitors, they get very useful and great advice / information for their immigration queries. Thats why I recommended this forum..

1. He applied on the basis of D.Violence. He is isolated and ddnt disclose many things to relatives..
2. Anyway, what should I do ? Delete the post or wait for advice . I will do as per you/moderators advice. Thats why I first wrote to B.Administrator .. Hope you will.
