Hi all,
I am on a serious issue and mentally very stressed at the moment. Can someone please kindly guide me to some light if possible.
I am working under same company from last 5.5 years almost and i had an extension 2 years back. Recently i submitted my T2 ILR in PSC center but they didn't give the decision on same day cause just 4 weeks back of my appointment HO had their routine visit and we haven't heard anything from them till the day i apply. So i was guessing that is the issue for holding the application.
a few days back we received an email that license is suspended and they need the clarification. Our company will definitely give the clarification because we have all the point!
My question is if anyhow HO revoke the license then can i appeal for my ILR as i submitted the application after successfully completing the 5 years and the license was full active on the time of my application.
Please help.

In this case your ILR application is on hold not rejected. Once your company get the license back, you should be able to be granted ILR. They HO won't decide your ILR until the result of your company.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I mean if licence get suspended in the following month and ILR rejected cause of that than can i appeal or do judicial review as i applied with the valid licence after completing 5 years . That's what i really wanna know, please.

No you can't. There are no appeal rights for PBS applicants.

you can appeal for sure. but as what I said, the HO should just hold the decision but not reject, if your company is just under investigation but not concluded.
