Hi

I am going to apply for ILR in November by premium service. I have completed my online application however I might need to edit it by the end of October. If I follow the steps and make the payment for appointment is it possible to come back again and edit my answers?

Also I am applying from 5 years Tie2 general visa, I am not sure what sort of document I need to supply for the required documents listed on my application as follow:

1- Evidence of Miss xxx immigration
status in the UK.... Is this Biometric residence permit card? As BRP is also on the list of required document as a separate item.

2-For the period before you were granted leave as
a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you
met the relevant requirements of the
immigration rules. For further information
concerning the evidence required, please refer
to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our
website....... I have a copy of my PSW visa and home office letters for Tier 2 , are they enough?
Many thanks :D
Susan

Once submitted and paid you cannot edit the form online.

1. Yes brp card.

2. Copies of previous visas if you don't have originals.

I need to book for premium service next week , I don't know if it is possible to pay and book through the website below first then complete the online form? Or I have to complete my online application first?

I have to edit my salary by the end of the month when I receive my new pay slip however, I have to make my appointment earlier.

Thank you

If you book the appointment on its own, you will have to use the paper form.

You can't use the online form on its own to do in person premium service when you booked the appointment separately.

Only if you use online form and book your appointment as part of that process.

What is the right answer to questions below please:

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date you entered the
UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

Is this the start date of my first Tier 2 BRP ? Or when i start my work on PSW visa?

7.13. How long have you lived in the UK? years months

Is this the date I started to work on PSW (for 9 months) or when i got my first Tier 2 or when i came in UK first as Student?

5.3Do you work in UK? If so, what is your pay each month after income tax and other deductions?
My monthly income includes overtime, is there a problem to give that figure ?

What period should Bank statement cover? one month or three months?

Thank you
Susan

start date of first Tier 2 visa

This is the total period you have lived in the UK (including Tier 4, PSW and Tier 2 till date)

5.3Do you work in UK? If so, what is your pay each month after income tax and other deductions?
My monthly income includes overtime, is there a problem to give that figure ?

Do you have a guaranteed overtime? Is the overtime the same every month? If not, you can not claim the over time as a steady income

What period should Bank statement cover? one month or three months?

The set (o) guide requests for most recent statement of account, but it is a common practice for people to provide 3 months statement
