Hi everyone I would like to thank everyone for their help again.

I have made it to the last stage of my wife spouse visa, I getting confused which form to fill in next


1st applied with form VAF4a visa started january 2014
( she entered uk the same month)

2nd applied with form FLR (M) IN September 2016

So is the last application SET(M) ?


The visa will be expiring march 2019 i'm i right in reading that i don't have to wait until 28 days to the visa expires i can apply in feb 2019 because her 5 year would have been completed by then.

Also do i need to pay for NSH surcharge like i did for the FLR(M) for this application.

2. She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date she entered the UK.

3. No health surcharge is payable for ILR.

She needs English B1 and LIUK test.
