Hi,
I got my tier 2 visa on 05-12-2013 to 04-01-2017 after my psw visa.
I got extension 28-11-2016 to 05-12-2019. So I think my eligible date is 06-12-2018. I heard , I can apply before 28 day. it means 08.11.2018. I want to book an appointment for 10.11.2018 ( two day after eligible) . I would like to book premium same day online application. Could you please help me when can i book an appointment? my appointment date should be after 10.11.2018 . Am i correct ?

I filled online application for My ILR from Tier 2. One of the support document saying the below.
"For the period before you were granted leave as
a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you
met the relevant requirements of the
immigration rules. For further information
concerning the evidence required, please refer
to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our
website".

Hi guys
I was eligible for ILR in September, due to the appointment booking issues I have booked it for 22nd October.
I got the Absent and Employment letter dated 3rd Sep assuming I will be attending an appointment following week for same day service.
Now those letters are more than 28 days old. Does this matter? Do I need to request my employer for the same letters dated in October ?
Note : I submitted the online application on 6th Sep.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, you need your sponsor to issue you another letter (same letter with a new date)
Note : I submitted the online application on 6th Sep.
Thanks in advance.

Hi guys
I do not have a copy of BRP of PSW. Is it a must to produce that as part of ILR application via Tier 2 ?
Thanks in advance

No, copy of PSW is not required. Original copy of your UK degree certificate will be fine.
