I have been waiting for my T1 EE decision more than 14 months. Entered to UK as a student in 14 Aug 2009 ,so completing 10 years in 14 Aug 2019 and got my Entrepreneur visa in 11 Aug 2014, completing 5 years on this category in 11 Aug 2019. My wife entered as a dependent in MARCH 2014,So completing 5 years as dependent in March 2019.got 1 daughter born in UK Aug 2015 as another dependent. We never been out side UK more than 180 days in a year for 5 consecutive years.

I have some following questions. please I am kindly requesting to advise me to go for positive result and plan myself for future visa requirements. Thank you

Q1) What is the best category to go for ILR either 10 years or 5 years set(0) for me and wife?
Q2) When can she (My wife ) apply for ILR ?
Q3) My daughter has to apply for ILR or Can she able to apply for Citizen directly after one of us ILR ?

If you apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence, your wife will have to switch to FLR(M), meet the English A1 and Financial requirements. This will reset her clock for ILR based on 5 years residence (2 x 2.5 year visas).

Q2) When can she (My wife ) apply for ILR ?

If you apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence, then only if she reaches 10 years long residence or after 5 years on FLR(M). She cannot apply for ILR based on Tier 1 dependent before you apply for ILR if you apply based on Tier 1 Ent. If you apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence, she also cannot apply for ILR based on Tier 1 dependent.

Q3) My daughter has to apply for ILR or Can she able to apply for Citizen directly after one of us ILR ?

You can skip ILR for your daughter and register her as British on form MN1 once you have ILR.

you mean If I apply for ILR through the T1 Entrepreneur route we both can apply for ILR same time. Isn't it?
