Hello I have spouse visa on 5 years route it was issued in August 2013 and I'm over 5 years now but my BRP is going to expire on 28th of December 2018. Would it be okay if I apply ILR before 28 days of my BRP expires I would highly appreciate your guidance.

Hey u should be able to apply now as u haave completed 5 years u dont have to wait till your visa expires
