10 Years absence Time

Hello! I have a query if anyone can help me or has the same case !
I CAME HERE in Feb 2009 completed my master in 2012 Nov, but for certain reason my result was held by the university and I decided to travel back on 28 jan 2012 before my visa expire. . My university issue degree on 15 March and I applied PSW in end of March and got entry clearance on 15 April 2012 ..
Right now I m on entrepreneur visa and on that basis my 5 years are completing in April 2019.
Can you plz help me out which route is better to choice 10 years due in Jan but some say there is a gap and u r out of the category some say there is no gap ,5 years due in April wat to chose ?

Do you have dependents in the UK on PBS Dependent visa??

If you apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence, your spouse cannot apply with you and will have to switch to FLR(M) which is a 2.5 year visa and meet the financial and English requirement. This will reset her clock for ILR based on years residence. She cannot apply for ILR based on PBS Dependent if you apply for ILR based on long residence.

I know mate but still my question is their is I m eligible for 10 years basis ????
Can I apply ilr on entrepreneur basis on one day service???

If you don't have any absence of more than 180 days then yes you will likely qualify for ILR based on long residence, as has been posted 100's of times on the forum. There is also no guarantee you will get a same day decision if you choose the same day service though.
No, there is no 'same day premium service' for ILR based on Tier 1 Ent, also as has been posted 100's of times on the forum.
Note that there are changes coming into effect regarding premium service etc, likely from December.
Note that we offer advice giving all options applicable to yourself and any dependents based on both routes to ensure you are aware of the clock reset and additional costs involved for the dependent. Note also that IHS is doubling at the end of the year too, so factor that into all your decisions.
