ILR after berevement

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows the answer to this? I've been here 4 yrs on a spousal visa with no recourse to public funds. My husband (british citizen) has recently died. His death is still under investigation by the coroner and I only have a interim death certificate until this is finalised (at least 1-2 months away). Am I able to apply for ILR (berevement) without a final death certificate? We also have a 3yo. Will ILR allow me to access 30 hr free childcare, tax free childcare, and child benefit? Currently I can't apply for this which makes returning to work and paying the mortgage very difficult. I also can't access the higher level of berevement support without swapping the child benefit to my name. Many thanks.

Sorry to hear of your loss and for the difficult time you are now going through.

See link below on bereaved partner ILR applications.

ILR will allow you to claim benefits yes.

Thank you. I've looked through the guidance but could not see whether it is possible to apply with an interim death certificate only? Does anyone know?

It should be fine if you submit a supporting/cover letter explaining the coroners investigation or any documentation you have from coroner supporting the investigation.
