Hi,
I am going to apply ILR in couple of weeks. I asked employer for absence letter, My hr gave the letter with all the absents ( included 1 day leave as well). But, it seems UKBA wants only absent from outside UK. I talked to HR , but they said , we didn't have any record where you went. We can give only information based on the system annual leave. What shall i do?. Could you please suggest?

Write a cover letter to give further explanation. HO probably knows when you were in and out of the country anyway.
