Tier1 Ent ILR job creation document for settled worker

Hi Everyone
Please help with the below query:
Just prepping my application I have noticed that one of my employee left 6 months ago and claiming the points for him, I have only registration certificate for the employee
I have read the guidance it states employee documents to submit
Passport
Or
Registration certificate and permanent residence
Unfortunately I have only registration certificate document it makes any problem to claim the points
Any one submitted only registration certificate and successful in there application please let me know here
Note: Submitted this post in other thread on Loads of times no one replied back to my query,for that reason resubmitting again, sorry for inconvenience
