Hi All,
Recently I applied for ILR under premium service. The case worker told everything is fine and got all the required documents from my side, except life in uk result not updated in home office website (I submitted original hard copy). Case worker told me to leave for the day and she will give the decision in 1 or 2 working days, and send all the original documents (passport etc.) through mail. Its 4 days now, still I haven't heard or got my documents back with decision.
Any one gone through similar situation or know. How much time generally takes in such situation. To whom we have to enquire regarding the same.
Thanks,
Bhargav

Given they are usually quite busy, it might take even few weeks

Hi,
I passed the Life in UK test on 15 / 09 /2018 and ILR interview date was 26/10/2018 (Premium).
I also asked anything need to be done from my side, case worker mentioned nothing and said it's issue with home office. She told, sent a mail to the concerned department and waiting for the reply.
Delaying the decision for some one else mistake is quite annoying and no idea to whom I have to contact.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks,
Bhargav

That looks to me as if it was longer than
2 working days.

Ya, its more than 5 weeks.
Now as per home office website, for any reason decision delayed for premium service application, the service standard revert to postal service standard. I don't know how this is justified.
Its quiet annoying..
Thanks,
Bhargav

I haven’t applied ILR for my spouse and kids because my wife not yet finished her 5 years cohabitation period, I'll be applying my spouse and kids PBS dependent visa extension, which are due to expire on 15/12/2018. This depends on my current ILR visa decision. In worst case scenario, assuming I haven’t got my decision before the expiry of my spouse and dependents visa, under what category I have to extend their visa.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks,
Bhargav

Did you apply for your ILR on the PBS route or on the basis of LR?

Then your wife and children should be able to extend their stay as PBS dependents. But wait for others to comment.
