Refund not made

Please help!

I cancelled my premium appointment (3 Oct 2018) on 25 Sep 2018. However I haven’t received the refund yet.

I want to report this problem but don’t know where to call.

I searched the phone number or contact email but can’t find any for the refund issue or a number to speak with someone for general issue.

Anyone know which number I should call?
I can’t lose my £2999!!

Did you make an online application as part of the appointment booking or did you only book the appointment on its own??
