Hi I have a question about my application. I filled in the previous set m form by downloading it and filling it in but just realised yesterday there is a new online application form from 1st November.

I booked a premium appointment for 16th November and still have the completed old form. Back in October I even completed my settlement check service with the previous form.

Now I’m conserned if I need to apply online or if I can still use my old form. I’ve tried contacting the premium centre to check but no luck. I don’t want to turn up with the wrong form!?! Then again I don’t want to fill in the form again online if I can still use the previous one.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Transitional arrangements for specified forms used in postal and courier applications wrote: 34Y. Where an application is made no more than 21 days after the date on which a form is specified (within the meaning of paragraph 34) and on a form that was specified immediately prior to the date of the new specification, the application is deemed to have been made on the specified form (and is therefore not to be treated as invalid by reason only of being made on the “wrong” form).
