ILR FLR(M): Mental/Physical condition require personal care

Hi,
My partner is applying for ILR using FLR(M). I am Brtish Citizen via Tier-1 route.
My partner is undergoing a medical treatment from NHS and a nurse come to home every second week to enquire about the health condition. My partner is okay now, but NHS mentioned that they need to monitor my partner for at least few more months before they discharge her completely. (we are applying for ILR next month).NHS is okay to provide a letter also mentioning the same. My partner is not working at the moment, due to recovery process, but will start soon and NHS will keep on monitoring. I can meet financial criteria alone.

Now in the form , there is an option where we have to declare this condition. (I do not think it is okay to hide it even though my partner is okay now.)

Question is: How does it effect application ? Is it a kind of negative thing ?

What exactly is your partner applying for?

What is the visa category your partner currently holds and their full UK immigration history?

FLR M is a spouse visa application not an ILR application.

Ahh it is SET(M) application we are applying for ILR. Sorry for confusion. But the questions remain same about the negative effect of mental/physical conditions.

HO cannot discriminate against your partner due to a health condition.
