New UKVCAS ILR process

Hello all. I am a tad confused with the new ILR UKVCAS online process. Basically, I have just passed the LITUK test and wish to start a new Set(O) ILR application for myself and 2 dependents.
Do I apply online using the new digital forms then select the option to use the new UKVCAS route, or do I make a booking with the Premium Service Center and take my paper forms with me?
