Hi All respective members.

We are on Tier 1 Ent visa, got our initial visa in Feb 2014 and applied for extension in Feb 2017 and received our approval in mid of January 2018. Basically we are confused that will this period (Feb 2017- Jan 2018) be counted in our 5 years completion tenure..? So are we eligible to Apply for ILR (Set O Form) in Feb 2019 OR do we need to wait till Feb 2020..? Couldnt find any latest Policy guidance or relevant information on this issue.
2ndly is there any reqiurment for personal bankstatement of 90 days..??

This period will count towards your ILR timescale. You can apply 28 days before Feb 2019.

Also for ILR there is no requirement for any maintenance funds

You qualify to apply for ILR 28days before completing 5 years on Tier1 Ent which in ur case is 28 days before feb2019 provided all other conditions are met.
