@Casa
I'm quite sure the Spouse photo is required as I recently did SET(M) for my wife.
On SET M Guidance notes it says "If you are applying as a partner, one photograph of your partner with his or her full name written on the back of it;"

Hi
Did you get your ILR visa?
Were the documents that you provided comprehensive enough for the authorities?
How long did it take?

Also just wanted to know, for an ILR via 5 year route Set (M) documents, when providing evidence of co-habitation, do the dates on the letters have to be spread over the 5 years or spread over the last 30 months after renewal of spouse visa
TIA

That is what I have read and done for my precious renewals. I will be doing the same this time as well - council tax, water, electricity bills spread over last 2.5 years.

How many photocopies of each documents we need to take?
I am planning to take 2 sets of each of the documents/proofs and one copy of completed application form.
Do we need to take all the pages of tenancy agreement (50 page document) ? Copy also all the pages?
What about the utility bills ? Two photo copies of all pages or just of the front pages containing the address?
For originals, I will be carrying all the pages.
What a waste of paper and environmental unfriendly !

Sorry about the late reply.. But we took one copy of each of the documents.. for co habitation proof documents, I took photocopies of just the first page containing the address.. and I photocopied documents back to back in order to save paper and reduce the amount of sheets I have to carry around
