My wife applying for ILR on Tier2 Dep. 5 year residency eligibility, we are filling online ..
Q. Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
She was out side UK twice after 11th jan 2018 for holidays 1) 12 Days & 2) 42 days.
my wife first visa Tier2 Dep - 13-11-2013 to 13-10-2016
Second visa Tier2 Dep - 20-11-2016 to 13-10-2019
Now my question is should i enter every holiday in her 5 year visa period or just about after 11 jan 2018 ?
However she never spent 180 days continuiesly or any in any rolling year. But in online application after entering just those 2 holidays after 11jan 2018 , asking for holiday profs. But i choose as other option and mentioned in box as '' PASSPORT '' ( as we can see arrival depature stamps.) . But in the end of form check list asking ''Other evidence of 'xxxxx' reasons for absences from the UK'' . What evidence we can show as PBS dependentent ? What should i do ? If anyone filled this recently please help me. Thanks in advance.
