hi All,

I have booked appointment via new service for 21/11/2018. I ordered a statement yesterday and the bank people said its gonna take 3-5 working days. However, i called today and asked bank if my statement order is being processed and the other person said it would be 10 days.

Will a stamped statement from my local branch be accepted for submission please?

Please can someone confirm?

I used a stamped statement from the local branch and had no problems. Just make sure every page of the statement is stamped.

Did you get 3 months statement or just 1 month?

Also, did you apply through the new service?
