I have applied ILR for my wife and filled in online application as SET O Tier 2 dependant.

I selected the option of £3000 same day decision but the payment I was forwarded to SOPRA Steria. I have booked an appointment for her next week. I didn't get the option to book premium appointment.

Is the SOPRA appointment will be same as apply in person? Any help will be appreciated

If you paid 3018 then it would be Super Priority -> decision is expected within 24 hours from your biometrics taken.

Booking an appointment is another different part of the application. Basically, Sopra just takes your biometrics, it does not involve in decision making.
