Urgent ILR query! Plz advise

Hi Guys, I am due to apply for my ILR next month. I have a few questions regarding the application.
1. Immigration history: When did you first enter the UK? Is this the actual date of entry to the UK or the date when my Tier 2 General Visa started. I came here as a student in Sep' 2010 and after that I was on PSW until December 2013, when I got my Tier 2. Which date this should be?
2. Absence letters from Employers: Is this for a period of five after after the date of obtaining my Tier 2 General?
3. Below are my dates of absence since 3 December 2013 (Date of issue of Tier 2 General)
15/01/2014 25/02/2014- 41 days
19/01/2015 07/02/2015- 19 days
08/11/2015 06/12/2015- 28 days
14/01/2017 05/02/2017- 22 days
17/05/2017 18/05/2017- 1 day
14/10/2017 05/11/2017- 22 days
15/05/2018 16/05/2018- 1 day
Within these absences: The period: 19/01/2015 07/02/2015- 19 days, I was switching employers.
My Last date with Employer 1 was 16 January 2015 and my First Day with Employer 2 was 9 February 2015. Would this create an issue?
4. The period between 19/01/2015- 07/02/2015- I went to India on 19/01/2015 and I was in Dubai for three days from 04/02/2015 before returning to the UK on 07/02/2015. How to break this thing in SET (O).
5. What is the end date of your most recent visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission to be
in the UK?
Is it the date of Expiry of current BRP?
6. For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules. For further information concerning the evidence required, please refer to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our website- I was on PSW before Tier 2 and Student Visa before PSW.
Do I need to provide a copy of my PSW?
I would highly appreciate your help on this.
Kind regards

Many thanks for replying.
One last bit- Absence from the UK include Saturdays and Sundays too but the employers will count only working days as Annual Leave so basically the start and end date will be different between the date on the passport stamps and what employers will state in the letter (as per their system). How to avoid that?

You cannot avoid that.
Your employer absence letter is separate to your absences in the form table.

Thank you!
I am not sure about my exact SOC code which my current employer used. I am waiting for a reply from my HR. They take good amount of time to get back but I want to book an appointment soon. I work as a Credit Analyst and closest I could find is 3534.
Can I change/edit the SOC code later if its something different used by my current employer?

I would strongly advise against applying in haste. Wait for HR to come back, if needed follow up with them or your immigration advisor, or dig through your emails. I was always given copy of my COS, so could reference that!

You WILL have to wait for your BRP to be delivered before you can travel, as your existing BRP will be cancelled and taken away during your application approval process.
Push HR, and look at visa centres away from London, else getting date will be very hard!
Previous employer not issuing absence letter: Please advise

Hi Guys, I will be applying for ILR next month and would need your assistance on absence letter.
I have been on Tier 2 General from 03/12/2013 and since then changed my sponsor twice. My first company has come back to me and said that
"'We do not hold records dating this far back therefore we would not be able to provide the below information regarding your absence. We would only be able to supply a letter confirming your start and leave dates as well as the position you held in the company"
How can I resolve this please. Would appreciate your help.
Kind regards
H

Can some please advise:
What I am missing is absence letter for the below periods:
15/01/2014 25/02/2014- 41 days
19/01/2015 23/01/2015 5 days
I do have the Payslips for these periods and P60 for these years.
