Appreciated if some one can advise me with the below:

1. when is the right time to submit the application Online?
i completed 5 years on 12 Oct 2018
Visa will expired on 14 January 2019
so the 28 days before from the expire day will start after the 17 Dec 2018
I am planning to start the online this days and summit (pay) after the 17th of Dec.
is it fine?


2. Is any one have a copy of the online questions for the form SET (M)
Any file or how its look for the steps of:
- Application
- Finance
- Documents

Any reference or information?

the new application setm does not give guidance and instead sets you off on an endless stupid useless annoying loop
