Long Residence ILR help

Dear gurus, I am on tier 1 entrepreneur visa extended recently for 2 years. My 10 years lawful residency will be in February 2019. Student + Psw + tier 1 entrepreneur + Extension.
I don't want to wait 1.5 years for ILr so, planning to to apply in Feb 2019. I cannot find any guidance on gov website for documents requirement for Tier 1 entrepreneurs. I want to use a premium service.
