ILR from Tier 2

Hi There

My ILR application has been refused last week because my current company who is my Tier 2 general Sponsorer didn't renew their licence in April 2018. As per Home Office rule my company needs to hold a valid licence while I am applying for my ILR. I didn't receive any communication from my company and from Home Office about this. My company provided me the employer letter in company letter head written they still hold A rated licence so i had no reason to doubt them. My current Tier 2 General visa is valid until August 2019.

As a next step we are taking below action:

1. My company is applying to Home office to get the sponsorship Licence back
2. I will be applying for ILR again when my company gets the Licence back

can anyone advise if me and my company are taking the right actions?

I didn't receive any communication from my company and from Home Office about this.
Your company would have though and it is their responsibility to make sure they are compliant.

My company has applied for new Sponsorship Licence and it's been approved. I have been transferred under my company's new licence.

I will be applying for my ILR again. I was wondering if I need to follow any different than normal process and documentation for ILR given that My first ILR application have been refused due to the fact that my company didn't renew their licence?

Also, I am submitting below documents. Pls let me know if I am missing anything?

1. Current and any expired passports
2. Current BRP Card
3. Spreadsheet of all absences from the UK covering the last five years- Require Date left the UK, Date returned to UK, Country visited and reason for the absence
4. Life in the UK test
5. UK Degree certificate
6. Letter from Employer confirming your employment and annual leave allowance
7. Original Payslip for Oct, Nov & December
8. Corresponding bank statement for October, November, December payslip
9. P60 End of Year certificates for last 5 yrs
10. P45 for when you left employment with your first employer
11. Contract of Employment of previous Employer
12. Land Registry Title Deeds for the property that you recently purchased
13. Evidence of any savings you hold (bank statements)
14. Declaration signed by me to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks

Does this state the 'foreseeable future' requirement for both job and salary??
9. P60 End of Year certificates for last 5 yrs
10. P45 for when you left employment with your first employer
11. Contract of Employment of previous Employer
12. Land Registry Title Deeds for the property that you recently purchased
13. Evidence of any savings you hold (bank statements)
These are NOT needed.

Yes It does say exactly as below. Pls let me know if this is okay?

We confirm his employment remains continuous and that his services for the above position are still required by XXX Limited.

His current salary is above the appropriate rate for his job as stated in the Codes of Practice for the SOC Code of ‘1139’ which specifies that he would be required to be paid a minimum of GBP 38,000 per annum based on a 39-hour working week as an experienced worker. (It also states my exact current salary)
