Hey Seniors and Fellows,

Just a quick one, Do we need separate 2 employees to qualify for ILR with 2 years (post-April 2014 rule )or if an employee continues for 2 years will complete the requirement.

Employee continuing is sufficient,but it has to be two JOBs. So one employee for 24 months is unlikely to qualify
