Moved 1 Week before application! Help

Hi
I am filling in the online application for my mums husband having helped them with the last one.
The problem I have is that they have moved about 1 week before I am filling in the application , England from Scotland.
1. They have just got new jobs - housing included.
I presume the financial questions are all related to the last 2 years - or 1 financial year and I do not have to include this new job they have just started. The problem being it asks for pay slips, contact ect all of which is not in there hands yet.
2. When asking about housing cost do I enter the home the did live in during the last 2 years or the new home which they have just moved into? All very confusing when you move 1 week before filling it in.
The previous house was normal rent and council tax - this house is included in the job with no bills.
We were going to use all old details house ect but you cannot unless you get an appointment near there which is not an option now.
