Hi,

I and my child are British Citizens.

My wife has been on Tier 1 Dependent since 2012 . She first arrived in UK Nov 2012.

I understand she is due for her ILR , only thing i am not sure of is the cohabitation. I moved home so some documents have gone out of order.

I have :

Individual Bank Statements for the last 5 years.
Council bills, 2014/15, 2015/16 , 2017/16 ( missing) , 2018/19
HO correspondence of past applications.
Her P45s , confirming address she was living.
Child's Birth Certificate containing both parents' name

Will this be enough ? I really cannot find any other document to prove cohabitation .

Hi,
Bank statement 2 years should be fine even I have provided two years proof.
Council tax - you can call local council and request for proof of payment made for previous years by stating your address, they have provided me last three years but the post took time to reach, it took more than two weeks.
You can add water, power or gas bills that would help.

Many thanks for your reply.

Are we supposed to provided 5 years proof of cohabitation or is it 2 years ?

Also, i am limited in terms of utility bills, she is only on the council bill and no others.
