Payment problem New System for Set LR form

Dear friends,
My acquaintance filled his SET LR form but got problem when do payment coz payment option only showing his name only whereas he filled his wife and 4 children on application (total 6 persons), the page showing;

You are paying
3018.20 GBP - Mr XYZ application for Set (LR)
3018.20 GBP in total
Choose your card provider (Required)
Visa

It should show £18109.20 for six persons. Please help and advise.

Set LR does NOT permit dependents.
What are your dependents applying for?? ILR long residence too? If yes then they have to each complete their own form.
SET LR is also NOT the correct form for you or your family based on your previous post, link below, where you have already been advised it is form SET O!!

Thanks, but we filled Set O form and someone said you can't apply for PSC which was closed on 29 Nov and few slots are available till 09 Jan 2019, we tried but failed to get appointment, can we changed Set O form existing to New system (Completed 6 years qualifying period, got DRL on the basis of Asylum refusal out of immigration rules).... or if apply postal service then which form we can use. Please please reply on both the option.

Just because you can no longer use PSC doesn't mean you can apply on a form that you don't qualify for. It will be refused and you will lose your fee.
You MUST apply on Set O and will have to apply using the options you are given at the end of the process.
There is no longer a same day decision service. Only very limited routes can use the PSC till 9th January.

We have already Set O filled form and will try option 'new system'.
what about postal application? The same Set O form will use? or FLR (DL) form need to fill?
