Hello Seniors
I am applying for ILR in Oct 2019 through 5 year Route.
Job 1: I want to make sure that I can use 2 part time eployees to make one full time employee?
and for 2 Part time emplyees should it be for full one year without gap ?

Job 2: my full time emplyee have left job so I am looking for another one for further 9 months. I think gap between this job is accpeted ?
your guidance will be higly appriciated.

Read the guidance job creation section a few times. It answers ur queries quite clearly.
Piece of advice: JOB’s matter.. employees can come and go. Minimum 12 months whether part time or full time..
