3. My current Salary is £36K
My employer is going to increase the salary from £36K to £45K which will be from this December.
Can we please help me by answering below queries.?

Then you can expect HO to perhaps want to investigate it and interview you and your sponsor to establish why only you got such a large increase. Such a large increase is an instant red flag to HO and could delay your ILR application considerably.
Why does your employer want to increase your salary now exactly??
The experience rate for 2136 is £32,000. You are already earn above the ILR requirement for next year.
From 6 April 2018, the minimum requirement will be £35,500.
From 6 April 2019 – £35,800;
From 6 April 2020 – £36,200;
From 6 April 2021 – £36,900.
