PBS Dependent ILR and income

Hi,
We are in process to apply my ILR as PBS dependent spouse(my spouse has already got ILR in 2015) and have question about income.
My spouse is director and 80% shareholder and I am director and 20% shareholder, I am also permanent employee, We have accountant who does all accounting and file our self assessment.
We had £20000 for my spouse and £5000 for me dividend in year and 2016 and 2017 and while doing self assessment in 2018 January and we have declared it.
We have not taken any dividend in year 2017-2018 so what should we mention in family income? We do not take out dividend regularly.
We are thinking to declare my spouse director salary + my director salary + my permanent salary. Should we need any documents for income except my salary slips as director, my salary slips as permanent salary and my spouse salary slips as director?
Is there any minimum income requirement we need to satisfy?
thanks for reading post.
