ILR 10 year route

Hello everyone,
My 10 years are completing on 6th Feb 2019.
My current application is in process from last 1 and half year. I was on entrepreneur tier 1 visa.
Now I'm going for variation of 10 year ILR route.
My questions are
-Do I need to submit documents of previous application again like Business bank statements and Employees data pay slips P45 etc?

-Can I apply 28 days before completing my 10 years.

-My passport is with home office and it's expired will it make any difference? I mean are they going to create any issue on this?

- Is there any fund maintenance which I have to do? if yes then how much?

- I'm going to apply on window same day application, will they take my interview there?

Also let me know what other documents I have to submit with my application.

Many Thanks

You need to submit the limited documents the form asks for. HO could or might ask for Tier 1 Ent documents but they don't usually.
-Can I apply 28 days before completing my 10 years.
Yes. Note that if your current application is still outstanding and undecided, you have to VARY your application.

Possibly, not sure.
- Is there any fund maintenance which I have to do? if yes then how much?
No.
- I'm going to apply on window same day application, will they take my interview there?
There is no longer a premium same day decision service.

Do you have dependents with you in the UK also waiting for an extension approval??

- my passport is expired and it’s with home office only will it make any difference?

- what documents do I need to submit? Do I have to submit some additional documents of my current visa application?

Hi
Thanks for your quick response.
Actually I couldn’t find my post so I thought it’s not been posted.

I don’t have any dependent with me.

So can I apply through UKVS services? Because someone said I can’t apply with them I can only apply though post as a normal application as my visa application is in process.

Hi I don’t have any dependant. Can I use UKVIS premium service? Will they give quick results as my application is in process. Because some people said I can’t go for UKVIS services as my passport is not with me. They don’t entertain anyone without passport. But in their application form nothing as such mentioned. Please guide me. I need to travel back to india due to some emergency and I’m badly stuck from last 2 years.
Thanks
