You fall under the transitional arrangement pre-April 2014 so you dont have to combine employees to make up one job. All you need is 104 weeks of FT employment minimum of 30 hours a week AFTER extension in any combination of employee or jobs. Just count 104 weeks of FT employment after extension. Also note you can only use this arrangement if you apply before 6th April 2019

Yes.

Jobs & employees are two seperate things.
If the job was created before the extension then that’s the date you state.
If and where the form asks for that particular employee's start date within that job.. you state it.
c) although mine this employee stated in Nov 2017 bt he works PT for Nov and Dec 2017.
Answered above.
Q2) We will use Employee 3 For Job 2 (12 months),,, is it right ?
Yes.
As tier11417 mentioned you can list all 3 employees against 3 seperate jobs.

Thanks a lot Tier1147 & aman.. for ur prompt reply
As per ur Ans what I understand is that:
I can mention 3 diff jobs in form (O) rather than combining job 1&2??
But mine both of these employee are at same job role ?? So is it not best thing to keep them under same job role ?or should we list them down separately n mention same job role for 2 diff employee ?
while filling form it ask abt “ hours worked per week “?
How to calculate this ? Is total hrs dividing by no of weeks ?? Or any other way ?
Yes tier1147 We r planning to apply this week.
Plz check n let me know if our documents are right ?
Mandatory docs:
a)Passport s (both directors )
b)consent forms ( signed by both directors 3 pages separately)
Personal docs:
c) BRP cards
d) Degrees ( for language )
e) Life in uk test
Business related docs :
e)3 months bank statement of company accounts
f) CAR
g)Accountsnt letter
h)employees passports
I) RTI , Payslips , FPS
j) corporate tax form c600 ( curren & old )

If they have the same job role I would advise you mention them as for example Sales Assisstant 1 and Sales Assistant 2 and list employees as separately. This is just to avoid CW getting confused as he might get confused and only take 120 hours or more and disregard the rest if you combine employees. It is best to list them as separte if they have worked simultaneously.
But if they have worked in a same job one after the other. For example if one worked first and then the other employee took over you can just list them together in one job. The online form asks to list the job first. And then asks for the employees who worked for that job. Note that the form does not cater for transitional arrangement so demands 1 job should have existed for 12 months each but you fall under the tranistional arrangement so you have relaxation there. If you follow transitional arrangement better to mention in the cover letter also to avoid any misunderstandings for CW
while filling form it ask abt “ hours worked per week “?
Where does the online form asks hours worked per week? I have not seen this question
How to calculate this ? Is total hrs dividing by no of weeks ?? Or any other way ?

you only have to sign the relevant parts. If only part 1 and part 2 applies you only need that. Check what is relavnt for you. I think for your application you will sign part 1 as an applicant and your team member will sign part 2 (assuming you have company joint account) and for team members application he/she will sign the part 1 and you will sign part 2. Check if part 3 is relevant in your case also?
Personal docs:
c) BRP cards
d) Degrees ( for language )
e) Life in uk test
Business related docs :
e)3 months bank statement of company accounts
even 1 month will be fine
f) CAR
g)Accountsnt letter
only required if you joined or took over an existing business
h)employees passports
I) RTI , Payslips , FPS
j) corporate tax form c600
current is enough( curren & old )
ok but better to send CT41G or CT603 also if you have

The list of documents is good. You have more than required job hours. You can add jobs separately. I did not see anyway of adding multiple employees under one employee info. But i did not look for it so tahts why did not notice it.
i did not come across any question asking no of hours worked/week?
Good luck

Multiple employees under one JOB. The online form asks for the job first and then lets you add multiple employees who worked for that job to make up a 12 month period(but its not required under transitional arrangement as jobs can last less than 12 months)
But its smart to list them as
separate employees if they worked simultaneously to prevent confusion for the CW.
Even if they have same job roles OP can mention e.g. sales assisstant 1 and sales assisstant 2 to differentiate two different employees as can benefit from transitional arrangement.

1)So it’s clear to me abt jobs : But are we still save the way we r planning to use employee 1& 2 ? By combinginng them ??
as per mine thinking it’s win win situation in either ways .. bcz we qualify the job requirements easily it’s just the matter of choice how we showing on form ... am I right abt this ??
2)do both the director need to attend the sopra center appointment together at the same place ?? Or just uploads are the docs n go individually in different places for appointment ?? Reason for this me n mine business partner lives in different cities..
Apprenticed for ur time n prompt replies ...

1 more thing although :
Job 1 contains
Employee 1 PT (July 2017 -Dec 2018)
Note: as explain earlier post mine this employee was PT for ( 9 months ) n than FT ( 8 months)
But in form we used him just as 1 employee for PT ( 18 months ) .. question do we add him separately in form like a) employee 1 abc PT ( 9 months ) n employee 2 abc FT ( 8 months ) .. details will b same for both times
Employee 2 PT (July 2017-dec 2018)
Just stuck on this point .. plz clear me the best way

You need to confirm via the form the situation of your employees within ur company.
If the online form limits you then list 4 JOBS.
2 part time and 2 full time.
Though you only need 4 months of full time employment from ur 2 part timers and you have 9 months.. ur pretty much good to go..
If you still feel concerned than draw up a table that identifies how you fulfill the job creation hours.

I would not advise you to combine FT employees if they have worked together as the CW can get confused as explained above. You however can combine two partimers to make up on FT
2)do both the director need to attend the sopra center appointment together at the same place ?? Or just uploads are the docs n go individually in different places for appointment ?? Reason for this me n mine business partner lives in different cities..
I think once you fill your applications and put your postcode you get the closest 4 UKVCAS centres unless you change the postcode. So if your partner lives in a different city he can attend there. But wait for someone else to confirm this who is in a similar situation as a team member.

Dont get confused with the jobs and employees. Keep them separate. So if you have 3 employees keep them separate and if you have similar job titles still keep them separate as sales assisstant 1 sales assisstant 2, sales assisstant 3.
You will have ease to list them then.
As aman said, if you are confused draw up a table and upload with your documents.

When you fill the form you can list the exact questions here and the way you list or want to combine them etc. Then list them here on your topic. Easier to help then.

2) I created 3 separate jobs n put 3 diff employee s against each job as per guided..
3) I’m trying to upload docs bt there r diff categories ... how to submit our docs in each catagory ... any guidance will b appreciated ...
4) both me n mine business partner booked appointment at different place .. plan is he will attend appointment 18-1-18 Friday(35£) n after that will send me all file n docs n mine appointment is on 22-1-18 (60£)... why we pay diff amount ??
5) few of the files size r more than 6 mb .. wats the best way to upload it ? Or should we skip few docs n ask sopra center to do this for us ?? Or we need to do it by ourself ??

I think name error is serious. U still have not attended appointment so u can upload a letter stating about it
2) I created 3 separate jobs n put 3 diff employee s against each job as per guided..
Whats the Q
3) I’m trying to upload docs bt there r diff categories ... how to submit our docs in each catagory ... any guidance will b appreciated ...
There has been a lot of advise about it already available on forum. For example u can find it in my thread
4) both me n mine business partner booked appointment at different place .. plan is he will attend appointment 18-1-18 Friday(35£) n after that will send me all file n docs n mine appointment is on 22-1-18 (60£)... why we pay diff amount ??
Differernt locations and time slots cost different. There is no defined rule about it.
5) few of the files size r more than 6 mb .. wats the best way to upload it ? Or should we skip few docs n ask sopra center to do this for us ?? Or we need to do it by ourself ??
You dont need to do it by urself. U can ask Sopra to do it for u. If u wnat to do it, u can use online software to reduce file size.

correct. You can register your UK born son as British Citizen via MN1 form after you have your ILR
2) mine husband visa is valid till 16-6-2019 , he came on PBS tier 1 dependant in June 2018 ..
a) if mine ILR came b4 June 2019 than wat visa should he apply for n which form he need to fill ?
Your husband has to apply for a PBS dependent visa extension before his expiry i.e 16-6-2019 regardless of if you have your ILR by that time or not
b) wat is the salary requirement for his visa ?
There is no salary requirement
He is working part time n as a director I’m taking some salary as well from mine company ...
c) does he need English language test ? In any case ?
No
d) any maintance funds requirements for his visa n if yes than how much ?
yes, £630. You may have to pay IHS surcharge also
3)if I don’t get visa by June 2019 , than the visa requirements remain same for him or they will change ?? In that case wat docs he need to get ready ??
He has to apply for a PBS extension visa before the expiry of his visa regardless if you get your visa before June 2019. If you already have your ILR by then, he can opt in for super priority 24 hour service I think
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 1-2019.pdf
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner
Note: Your husband will be able to apply ILR once he completes his 5 years in UK on his PBS dependent visa.

2) IHS calculators says 1200£

is it for 3 years Visa extension?
3)how much visa fee we looking to pay for his visa in June ?
4) apart from online application form wat compulsory docs we need ?

1) 90 days 630£ maintenance funds statement will b from mine husband account is it ok ??
either your or his account
2) IHS calculators says 1200£

IHS recently has increased. Yes 3 years
3)how much visa fee we looking to pay for his visa in June ?
I am not sure try checking out the gov link

online form, maintenance, I am not sure if you need to show cohabitation documents. Wait for someone else to respond to this

yes she will have to complete 5 years on PBS dependent route to qualify for ILR, so she would need an extension

Can you mention his dates again as I did not go through the whole thread again.
