1. Entry Clearance granted on 18/07/2012 as a Dependent of a Work Permit Holder

Also is the dependent eligible for ILR ?

Info required is not for me. It is for a friend of mine.

He has become a British Citizen on route of Work Permit holder but his spouse is still on a dependant visa.
So looking to apply for ILR for the spose.
