Hi all,

I am preparing ILR visa application based on 10 year legal stay in UK.

I work only part time. Is there any income threshold for ILR?

I need to provide last two years supporting documents to show that my and my husband were living together.
How many documents do we need to show? Do we need to show each months bank statement?

We has gas electricty water bills in both of our names. We dont have joint bank account. But have all bank statements from past 2 years.

any idea about processing time? Mine is straighforward ILR - how much time is it taking in postal & priority?
THanks!
