Query on Payslip Date

Hi All,

I am due to apply for ILR at the end of this month but had a query on payslips.

Normally, the payslip is generated on 28th of every month but due to christmas it was generated on 21st for the month of December. Does this mean that I will need to apply for ILR before 21st Jan to meet the 28 day rule ?

Also, I will be taking a printout of the payslip as the company does not provide with original document which they will mention in the letter anyway. So, can I use the date of Printout on the payslip instead of the date the paylip was generated ?

Thanks

There is no 28 days rule :!: That is simply the earliest day you can apply, so simply wait until 21st and then apply :?

Sorry for not being clear, please ignore the 28 days rule. I was referring to the statement in the guidance which says that Payslip: This must be the most recent payslip. It must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application.

So, if I apply after 21st does it mean I cant use the salary slip that was generated on the 21st Decemeber as it will be more than a month ?

Thanks
