Respected Members,

I will be qualified for ILR in 1.5 years and started research/planning for that. I have been following several cases on this forum where ILR was refused because of tax related issues, mostly those cases was Tier 1 to ILR. Not sure if the same applies to Tier 2 migrants while applying for ILR.

Current Situation:

2016:
- (Main Tier2 Job) Tax was not posted for 1 month, but posted next month for 2 months together
- (Supplimentary 2nd part-time job) Tax details were ammended by employer

2017:
- (Main Tier2 Job) Tax was not posted for 2 months, but posted later for 3 months together
- (Supplimentary 2nd part-time job) Tax details were ammended by my employer due to mistake, corrected by HMRC

2018:
- (Main Tier2 Job) Tax details were ammended by my employer due to mistake

I have checked these details from my personal tax account. I want to ask following question:

Question 1: Does these ammendments in my tax records can cause any problem during my ILR application?

Question 2: Shall I attempt and try to fix these issues with HMRC before applying for ILR?

Tax amendments by your employer has no effect on you unless they failed to pay your taxes.
