hi there,
I submitted my application in June on the basis of 10 yrs long residency, I just want to ask if anyone knows how long do i need to wait to get a result from the home office? It says on their website 3-6 mos depending on your application. Its nearly 7 mos and haven't recieved anything from the home office yet. Any information that you can give would mean a lot.
Many thanks

What is your FULL immigration history and visas held in the UK, including all relevant dates?
What evidence of your EU sponsor did you submit with your long residency ILR application for the WHOLE period you are relying on for the EEA route time??
Your case appears complex as you are claiming time spent on the EEA route rules and for a period of 3 years your partner was not living in the UK, based on your previous posts.

thanks cr001 for your relpy.
i came in with living with partner in 2006, renewed it before it gets expired and granted for 5 yrs expired visa 2012 but applied for eea dependant before my visa expired, and granted 5 yrs expired 2018, applied long residency before it gets expired, my previous partner came back and filed for our divorce. any our divorce was granted.
So now I applied for long residency, i got a letter from the home office last july asking for more documents, which I submitted those documents they ask for, and until now i haven't recieved any update yet, thats why i am asking if how long do i need to wait for the results from the home office?
