Hi All Advisers,
I have question regarding visa gaps condition,
First entry in UK 2009
Continued until June 2012
Visa was valid until August 2013
Application submitted from India in December 2013 which is more than 28 days
Got ICT short term for years
Got next ICT long term in 10 days after expiry of short term visa.
Continued 5 years in UK With short & Long team visa. Am I eligible for ILR?
Please suggest.

Are you asking about ILR based on 5 years PBS route or 10 years long residence???

It would be useful if you posted the EXACT visa start and expiry dates and the exact dates you left the UK and re-entered.

Tier 2 ICT visas do NOT lead to ILR.

28-Feb-2011 16-June-2012 left country for Urgent Worksetup in India 2011-2012 * my ILR Eligible visa got expired in August 2013 in India and in next 4 months got following visa.
15-Jan-2014 received new visa T2-ICT Short Term 4-Jan-2015 * Went for Visa Extension (India) 2014-2015
25-Jan-2015 received T2 ICT Long term Continue till today

You cannot get ILR under the 5 years Tier 2 ICT route. You also seem to have long absences (broken lawful residence) which means you cannot be eligible under long residence either
